- SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the digital education service purchased electronically by the BUYER through the website www.d-tek.com.tr.
- QUALITY OF SERVICE
The purchased service is digital educational content. Access is provided via the user account after payment.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
The product price is specified during the order process. Payment is made via credit card or debit card through the iyzico platform.
- DELIVERY
Digital content will be added to the user's account after payment is confirmed. No physical delivery will take place.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In digital content services, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the service. The user cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after gaining access.
- RETURN CONDITIONS
No refunds will be given if access to digital content has been provided. Technical issues will be reviewed.
- TERMS OF USE
The buyer agrees not to copy, share, or use the content for commercial purposes.
- Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)
Personal data is processed and protected within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
- DISPUTE
Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in resolving disputes.
- FORCE
By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement.
