This structure leads to information losses, inefficiencies, and continuity problems. A process approach overcomes these shortcomings.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Process approach<\/strong>, This enables the mapping, measurement, and improvement of internal organizational processes.<\/li>\n<li>This approach enables organizations to manage not only &quot;what they do&quot; but also &quot;how they do it.&quot;.<\/li>\n<li>Having clearly defined processes strengthens organizational memory and reduces dependence on individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quality and Risk Management Must Be Institutionalized<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quality is not just about a report or a certificate.
